She totally did not mention how the dsp rush there employees to work a 10 hour shift faster which is the main problem to crashes and high turn over and they refuse to hire full monday through friday some of us can not work on weekends so that is another problem oh we offer flexible schedule but oh if you want full time you must work a weekend day and 3 other days of your choice . But it still a lie

All these new safety metrics and crappie routing is causing hi turnover on drivers. That can cost a DSP owner money.

If it’s a dsp then they provide the vehicle but Amazon flex you use your own car. Amazon Flex fills up fast

I am from Portland Oregon. I work as a delivery driver 99% of a time I get fantastic plus score card. I didn't understand why it's hard to get fantastic plus. Also I see DSP companies shut down at least one company each year. why? anyone know the true reason?

They went electric for the tax break. Which is another reason why the now manage the fleets. Those vans are assets to be written off. You’re not really running a business. Because you don’t get to set your own pricing.
