I am very clear in my comment - the problem is with pronunciation, not with vocabulary . So it's doesn't matter plane or complex, the accent is too strong. Since you have the same accent it's easier for you to understand and you cannot imagine how others might feel. Next time, I am strongly encouraging you to read other's comments carefully and check the words you are not familiar with, in vocabulary.
