FYI : Use a Torx size T6 to remove the 4 screws.

Used gorilla glue and held down the center diaphragm until it dried !! Absolutely Perfect....

That uses the smallest torxs bit EVER. Of course I don't have anything that small. Off to Harbor Freight I go I guess. Thanks for the help!

Any rubber based adhesive like the ones used to fix the shoe sole can be taken into use.

You can use any synthetic based rubber adhesive. Like the ones used to paste worn out shor soles.

Would not recommend fevi quick because it becomes hard after drying. We need a glue which has flexible properties after drying. You can use fevi bond by fevicol.

Finally found the right screw driver but have stripped screw. SEND HALP 🙈

use a hand screwdriver, a power drill or driver will not work well because of the torque. Press firmly into the head of the screw and turn slowly.

Use any rubber based adhesive like fevibond , quick fix , fevicol rubber adhesive. These are easily available in market.

If it's in warranty you can call Amazon customer care for fixing your echo dot. If not under warranty you have to get it repaired depending upon the defect the speaker has.
