@@electronicsbyraverz thanks for your blazing quick response. Just to elaborate - I am looking to use this as a substitute for my bluetooth speaker(with mic) which I have connected with laptop. So I am expecting to have similar usage of both mic and speaker of echo pop connected to laptop. aware that I can make use of it as a bluetooth speaker but not sure if pop's mic can be used to feed inputs to my laptop.

I want to install one device in ground floor and another in first floor. Can I call or send some message to top floor echo from ground floor echo. Say I want to play sound " come for dinner " from top floor echo by giving message to ground floor echo, can I do that? Thank you.

@@kanalord4134 yes you can with the drop in feature. Just Say alexa drop in to ( echo device name ) this feature will work with same amazon account only. calling is supported on all alexa devices, but it will call on alexa app and not on mobile number directly. the user needs to be registered on alexa app so that you can ask alexa to make a call.
