Sadly, I can confirm this skit to be 100 percent accurate. My elderly mother is driving me nuts with echo. Calling it "Alexis", "Alexia"... then wondering why it won't work. Why did I get this for her? WHY? I finally put one in my room so I can tell it to turn off the front room light when my mother repeatedly tries to do it using the wrong name.
