Here in Oxnard, CA, we do not usually where a lot of sweaters in the fall sometimes not even in the winter. (We have had temps of 90° for Christmas a few times) I do like your color choices for the neutrals, may just modify to tees or lightweight tops.

If you are going to be doing a lot of walking on uneven streets, definitely take a stylish sneaker with you. I know the Samba sneakers are super trendy, but the On Cloud sneakers are more supportive. Skechers are great too.
