I never grew up with bagged cheese, but bought it some out of convenience as an adult, but I just can’t do it anymore (except Tillamook. Theirs is good). Once you grate your own cheese, you notice the huge difference between freshly grated and bagged. There is no comparison. We don’t do bagged cheese in my house (again, except for Tillamook on the rare occasion). Big savings difference, but more importantly, HUGE taste difference! I’m going to have to get that grater, because I just use a box grater. That looks much easier!
