When signing up for a sellers account, can you convert from the individual account to the professional account once you've hit a consistent selling amount? Or vice versa, downgrade if you're not selling like you thought?

Yes you can but I wouldn't recommend that to be honest as it might get complicated

For a consumer good, or any product really, what does the legal side of the product look like? Say if someone were to get sick from the product or harmed from it and they were to pursue legal action, how do you protect yourself against that?

One way is by creating an LLC to keep your personal and business matters separate. That way, they can only go after your business but not your personal assets.

So do you give manufacture your GS-1 Code to print on product and the then they place a fnsku label over this?

You will put the UPC on your listing in order to get the FNSKU

Yes for social media presence. I find this necessary as a way to build awareness for your product. Plus, social media is free so it's a great opportunity that you should take advantage of.

My product is launching in December, I've built a shopify site which will include Buy with Prime and fulfillment by Amazon on all orders, yet I'm struggling to build awareness via social media. Amazon say that credit and debit card are allowed to cover charge for amazon so I put my debit card but it declined because insufficient fund but I have enough money to cover the balance...what can I do?

You need to have a credit card as a charge method. Otherwise, Amazon will flagged it and you can get banned for this

is there a feasibility of participating in Amazon's FBA program while residing in Africa. Specifically, I would like to know if it is possible to source products from Alibaba, have them shipped directly to an Amazon warehouse, and sell them on Amazon's platform while living in Africa.

Hi, Travis. Thanks for the video. I never saw an Amazon Seller who shows his/her product like you do. In fact, I made a course on Amazon in Spanish, which tutor hide all his products and I "learned" that an Amazon Seller never shows his/her product. You make things in a different way. Aren't you affraid of being copied by competitors?

No because of the method I teach. Creating a passion product needs creativity and commitment, something that cannot be copied by others.
