Can you tell on depth about this international process? How many chats you’ve to resolve? And do you have to attend calls if they ask you? And also can you choose your own shifts?

Currently I am getting 2 chats at a time because winters are peak time for us and in normal time it’s just 1 chat at a time that also constant and they can change your process as per process requirements and about shift we can swap shift with people within the same process and those are willing to do so.
