No, this will just turn your tv into a smart one, you can use netflix and youtube etc, using this. There are a few apps through which you can get live tv but that depends on the region and availability

Make a new account for pakistan, follow the videos available videos on youtube, you’ll have to use fake address and stuff but hopefully that will solve the problem.
