Thank you so much! I was stuck on my kids tablet. Tried to use the pin i alway used but didn't work. The tablet also wasn't connected to wifi for some reason. So i couldn't go into parental settings without a working pin. I couldn't reset the pin through my Amazon account because it needed wifi to work. You saved my and got my daughter's tablet working again. 😊

So, I’ve been trying to boot this Fire tablet, and it’s in a cycle where I see the Amazon logo, then it goes black, and it does that repeatedly, and the only way for it to do that is by always charging it, because if it isn’t plugged in, it won’t turn on. And I’ve tried to hard reset too, the battery charging icon appears but that’s it. I don’t know what to do, please help.
