Arapaima-Peiche-Pirarucu is by far my favorite fish to eat, along with giant pacu or Tambaqui. Ive had it fried, steamed, grilled, and even in ceviche! Amazing fish! Love the amazon experience. Great video. Cheers!

Often beef in other countries are walking around and possible older (in years) so it's gonna be chewy. Cooks pound me to tenderize and so it cooks more quickly. Hot temps, leftover meat made into sausage - that's a pass for me. Hello from Hot (100 degrees) Willamette Valley Oregon.

You have sa tough Job Dave. I've watched all you channels and to be honest at times when i'm watching you walk through a market or you are at a reptile expo it is quite difficult to hear you or anyone your interviewing. However remove background noise you have a video where the atmosphere of the location you are in would not be apparent. I enjoy seeing the places you visit as they really are.
