1) for generic brand name u can get easily by uploading product photo. 2) if you need gtin exemption in your own brand name then your brand logo printed packing image required. 3)yes product proper inner packing required for safe delivery to customer. For FBM outer packing also required.

2) if you are not selling under your own white label then not required. You can sell under generic brand name (note : other sellers can easily add in your listing) 3) Amazon packing will work
