i had 2 items on monthly payments with 2 and 3 payments left. i paid them both off early. it seems like they penalize you for doing that, cause i havent seen the option since. so keep that in mind before paying your stuff of early

I don't velieve they are doing that. I would think they would want you to purchase something again. I see the monthly option all the time and I have paid off products early.

I did this for a few expensive items! But for some reason I haven't seen the option on anything since I paid them off! It's a great option and no they don't take the full payment out on the first month... it's 5 months of payments ... first payment due at payment.

Affirm is offered on many products, but the Amazon monthly payments are still being offered because I just saw them today. They are not always offered on every proudct. Affirm may be there and then both options may be there. Search for something like Amazon devices or mattresses and see if you see the option. Make sure you are signed in.

Hello, you will need at least your first months payment and any other charges like shipping or taxes upfront, if you have to pay shipping. At check out, it will tell you what is needed.

So I was able to use the monthly payment plan that was not the affirm o bought a ring doorbell cam and I paid like 30 dollars when first purchased but instead of paying slowly I just paid the rest of the item off the next week and now it seems like I no longer can see or buy items that have monthly payments anymore unless it’s affirm and I’m really upset by this Maybe Amazon blocked me because I paid off the item too fast

Hello. I have paid of items before the date before. It could just be they no longer offer that option on the products you want. Also, check to make sure you are logged in. Try searching for something like an Amazon TV and see if you see the option.

I understand. I have had a couple of times where they were holding the amounts at my bank. I think what was happening was they were trying to see what seller could ship it out the fastest and wanted to make sure the money was in the bank. I had my bank release my money and one item I just told them to cancel and the bank released all my money. It doesn't happen often. I was using a debit card, so I wonder if they do it on a credit card sometime to hold payments. It hasn't happened to me again. If you ever notice, sometimes Amazon will do that to me for regular items I buy. They bill me twice and then they put the money right back in the account. I don't know why they do it but I have noticed that on my statements.

This never happened with me and I bought a few things on 5 monthly payment and 3 monthly payment. My most recent one was an iPad mini and I had no problems, everything came out on the month that was intended, 5 equal for 5 months. It’s up to you but I hope you won’t feel too worried if you decide to give it a go :)

I dont even get the option anymore. The only products available with monthly payments, (not Amazon credit) are Amazon Fire TV's which have really bad LED displays and Amazon Fire tablets. I think they are holding the option away from certain people because I used to see laptops and furniture and all kinds of other stuff with the payment plans available.

Go to your orders. Find the item. Look under the product for these words (Purchased with monthly payments View and manage).

Hello. Yes, you can pay it off at any time before the last payment without any type of penalty. I have done that before.

I am not sure why that happens sometimes. It happened to me too before, but my bank worked with me to release my funds. It is not a scam though. I have done this at least 6 times and will do it again. I suggest you use a credit card or a Debit card that is tied to your bank. I can't speak to why Amazon does that sometimes, so you will have to check with them.

Hello. No there is no setting. You just have to keep searching for one with the amount of months you need.

Not everybody is eligible for Amazon monthly payments. You have to be at a certain customer level and your card on file cannot expire within 6 months.

Hello. I have had that happen to me a few times, but I called my bank to see what is going on. They say something about a hold and I tell them to release the hold. Always call Amazon too and see why that happened. You should only be charged monthly.
