Hello Yong, I completed my loop interview and received call from the recruiter after one week saying that " Congratulation you passed the interview, there is no issue from your side our finance team is looking the case and it's will get a little bit late to come with offer" I replied it's OK. I attended Amazon 1st phone interview and rec email that the hiring team really enjoyed speaking with me and would love to have me to complete the next Loop Interview. I provide my avail schedule date and waiting for the recruiter to contact me on the schedule my 2nd interview. I did not rec update and follow up with the recruiter replied was that the hiring manager carefully reviewed my candidacy and acknowledge my skills and qualification truly impressive. After thorough considersation, have decided not to proceed with an offer for this role. The confusing part, i havent attend of the loop interview and havent speak to hiring manager, and they decided not to proceed for this role. Could it be glitch or what when wrong?

There is an internal apprenticeship program for which i applied..attended the loop interview on july 28 th…the last interviewer sd we will revert bAck in 5 business days..but nothing..i did send a follow up mail n even a thank you email after the interview..in the job portal it still shows under consideration…wat happening!😞

Hi Jincy - I am sorry that you are experiencing this. There can be multiple reasons for this; they already hired someone, waiting for another person's decision, internal transfer, hiring manager OOO and more. There are literally million reason why this is happening. I would say reaching out to the recruiter/coordinator is your best bet. hope this helps.

Hi - I would assume that the interviewer had to reschedule but wasnt able to comm with the recruiter ahead of time. in this case, the best way is to reach out to the recruiter. if that person is not responding, do you know another person who you can reach out to? Most of the times you have recruiter and a recruiting coordinator.

Hey Yong !! I recently had my amazon interview for the SDE1 . In the first round I answered both the programming questions however 1 solution was not optimal . In the second round, I was given 1 programming problem and I solved it perfectly and answered the questions on leadership principles too . I had a final interview with my manager in which he asked me a design based problem which i couldnt answer that optimally , along with that he was not satisfied with some other questions based on leadership principles as well . However he told me that the hiring is for his team and explained me about what i will be contributing to . The interview happened 23/9/2022 and i mailed my HR asking about any updates but havent received a reply yet . What do you think ? Will I be hired ? By when can i expect a reply if any or am i directly rejected ?
