Hi, I have been rejected twice. When you say delete the videos does that mean even the videos in my storefront? I deleted all the videos that I have applied for the on-site, but those have also been saved to my storefront so do I delete all those? thank you.

Best practices for getting approved (1st time hopefully!) I learned that you should act like these videos are your RESUME. Put your best foot forward. Great lighting and sound, horizontal filming if using your phone, keep the video short and sweet, talking about pros and cons, around 1-2 mins so you don’t have to worry about some word that will get it rejected. Just my 2 cents. Glad these videos are out there cause there was so little info when I got started in 2022. 👏

I followed your outline and technique for my first three videos. Good camera, good sound, lighting AND… still got rejected for “video quality requirements.” Avoided all the no-nos too. Back to the drawing board i guess, but regardless thanks for the tips.

UPDATE: I was approved for shoppable videos today! 🎉🎉🎉 I made two mistakes, hopefully this helps somebody: 1. At first, I just posted 3 videos but after they were approved for content I started adding more including vertical for Inspire. They may have watched a vertical and rejected it. SO, ONLY POST 3 LANDSCAPE ORIENTATION VIDEOS UNTIL APPROVED! 2. Audio Volume: The videos I posted sounded fine on my phone, but pretty quiet on my laptop. I did not check this before posting. Some of my videos used a different mic and the quality of the audio suffered when it was all said and done. Either of these points may have been a rejection for quality. DON'T DO WHAT I DID.

@@hollyrobinson3974 I'm not an expert on this, but I don't think you would have to. Your past reviews should be under your personal account, while your Influencer storefront is essentially different. I'd say to stick with his formula for the first 3 videos to get approved, then see what you can repurpose onto your storefront. I could be wrong of course, but apply and see what happens. Good luck!

Hi Chris, I folllowed your guidelines for my 2nd try and still got rejected. I filmed all 3 products on a clean, white table. Used the basic script and kept them to around 1:30 seconds. I didn't make any medical claims and just spoke about their features. Very frustrating as I only have 1 more try left.

Hi, I had a better chance if I had seen you earlier. I just submitted my last three videos since my first two attempts were rejected. I’m worried because I made them vertically and tried to enlarge them, but they didn’t turn out completely horizontal, so I added a background blur to fill the frame. My English isn’t native, and I have a strong accent, so I hope that won’t be an issue. Also, the brand name may be a problem when I pronounced....I’m anxious to see what will happen! Saludos!

Thanks for these tips! My first videos were for garden/outdoor products. I showed them being used, which I figured would be better than showing not in use. Like a windspinner and birdfeeder. Could this be the biggest problem? Im going to redo and just show clip at the end of them being used. Im also curious if my biggest problem be that I submitted in vertical video? Hi Chris, thanks for the clear information. I have been trying to get approved for the first step for about a week and I keep getting an error message that says 'Oops! You don't currently have a live Facebook page attached to your account.' Have you heard of anyone else getting this and if so do you know what the fix is? I have been trying several suggestions but so far nothing has helped.

I’m not sure about Facebook, but I know that you need a business account / public account on Instagram and tiktok to be considered for the program. Hope this helps

You have to make a facebook page, if you want to sue your FB then you have to have "aged" page, not newly freshly created but it is best if it has life of about 60-90days. Then you need to get followers on your fb page. or any other platforms you sue. we are on the process so. we have created our page and now waiting for the followers to grow hope that helps
