Hey Josh, my first 3 videos got denied, so I uploaded three completely different videos. Right away one of them says "In Review" the other two say published. Hours later just the one says "In Review." Any idea why some are published but one says something different?

No you do not. There is a loophole method. You can KZbin “TikTok shop affiliate Loop hole” and a bunch of videos will pull up.
