Well......Like me......You finally saw the light about AMAZON and their total cluelessness about adequate packing......They just don't "get it".......They just don't care.......And they certainly do not want people like you (or me) for customers: Those who care about the condition of the items they buy......We, and the exchanges we demand for their stupidity, are an annoyance to them.....Hence, their blacklist........Believe me, there are plenty of other on-line booksellers more deserving of your business......Good Luck!.......
