Amazon has Form Fitting Heavy Cardboard Boxes for that size Hard Cover Graphic Novel. So you know. Well its too thick sorry. But im glad you got a good one. They dont care about us so you know. its a luck of the draw every frigging time

Amazon's horrific packing is legendary. You are lucky to get an air pillow in most cases.....If you are a collector looking for "collector quality" condition (i.e. - no scratches, dents, scuffs, dings, tears, etc.), AMAZON is the last place you want to shop for items. The management simply does not care since they save a fortune on packing material and the warehouse personnel are treated very badly with extremely tight quotas to pack the merchandise so much so that many warehouse employees are afraid to stop to use the bathroom....Pathetic....The profit margins are razor thin and packing material is expensive. The packing used to be fine at one time but I guess numbers wonk CEO Jeff Bezos figured out a way to squeeze more pennies by skimping on packing material. If you have the "nerve" to demand too many exchanges & returns because of AMAZON's shipping malfeasance (and sometimes the manufacturers' poorly designed packaging), you will be blacklisted.....So be careful and take care in offending this corporate "Moloch" if you choose to do business with them.....A real shame........
