This is misleading video guys. You can't transfer Amazon Pay Balance (Amazon wallet money) to your bank account. The method shown is transferring money from your bank account via Amazon Pay UPI (like other UPI do) into the desired bank account in which you want to send money. One more thing to be noted, whenever you need to enter UPI pin, the amount will be deducted from your bank account for sure. So don't be fooled guys.

Amazon Pay UPI can be linked to Amazon Wallet for Full KYC accounts since Reserve bank allows Wallet to Bank linking now. Note that cashback balance cannot be transferred to bank. Please clear the cache and storage and log back into the account. If this does not work then clear the cache and storage before reinstalling the App. The Amazon Pay options will show the Amazon Wallet besides the linked bank accounts.

Just to clear you, you have not sent any money from wallet to bank in your video, you just send the money using the bank you added in Amazon to your another bank account. So the video is deceitful. Secondly, you can only transfer money that you added in wallet from your bank not the gift card balance or any cashback rewards.
