Prime is well worth it if you buy alot of stuff from amazon (which I do) and also there are some added benefits if you start a business account. I dont see myself cancelling my membership anytime soon. To be fair its free delivery at a time with record highs on gas prices.

Yes I cancelled my Prime. I didn't really use the other features, and I've cut back on getting stuff from Amazon, but really am disciplining myself to accept delivery 3-5 days. Asking myself do I really need it today or tomorrow or can I wait. You used to have to buy things on TV and it would say 4 to 6 weeks for delivery and we accepted it. Amazon has gotten us spoiled.

I’m in the U. S. And I’m going to keep Amazon Prime. The price increase doesn’t bother me at this time. I worked for Amazon for a few years and left when I retired 7 years ago. At that time Amazon gave employees a 10% discount on items ordered from Amazon. When I worked there many of my colleagues thought Amazon should have given employees free Prime membership.

Mine goes up $20.00 for the year really not a deal breaker. I enjoy prime video. This is the first increase in the five years that I've had prime. Well worth it to me.

I'm in Canada and have been a prime member for 3+ years and NEVER had same day/2 day delivery. This is the last price increase for me, any more and I cancel.

Lots of items I buy are classed as same day delivery. Once you purchase them they change to next day delivery or later. Every single time. I have never got a same day delivery. Lots of items they say next day delivery but change it after to purchase to a date to suit themselves. Relying on the delivery dates and times they quote is a waste of time. I find Ebay's delivery dates more reliable and the people delivering the goods much more sensible. Amazon drivers dumps your stuff on the doorstep in full view. Ebay deliveries are put out of sight behind my rubbish bins as the big white sign on my door requests.The music is good and I believe their video is good but their delivery is crap.

No prime here although Amazon are always offering us 30 days free trial. With all the great free apps that TD has given us, we really don't need the TV part of Amazon. Also the family is more than happy waiting 3 days for delivery rather than 1.

2 years ago, they gave us VETS a price break on the membership. Last year, it was F the vets and lets give EBT card holders a discount. Because everyone knows when you are on food stamps, you need to buy dildos and new shoes on amazon... :-/
