It would take a lot to make it look and act like a real iPhone and could cause some legal issues depending. (This one didn't even have the logo) Just get a refurbished or used iPhone (or a SE as its the most affordable line). I've done this and gotten years out of refurbished iphones saving a good chunk. Depending on the condition you can get one at any price on marketplace or ebay. Longevity is good on them as long as you be careful not to get scammed from a buyer. It just wont be on release if they want the newest one.

It's kinda crazy because really, it's just a pretty good low-end phone. The Helio P22 is fine, 8GB of RAM is actually really good (my Pixel 6a only has 6GB), the cameras are... okay (I've seen way worse) and the screen looks decent, even the price isn't bad, but they HAD to put it into a bootleg iPhone case instead of their own design just to try to sell a few more by scamming people.

The numbers don't really matters. Nowadays even very budget phones have 8 GB of Ram. But the point is that those Rams are low quality and have a slow speed. Your pixel 6a probably has a faster ram than this phone. It also has better optimisation so it will still be faster than this phone. And you might think that the Helio P22 is fine, but in reality it is a very slow processor which will definitely make the phone lag.

I remember the time of the fake iPhone 6 that had a low-end, one core Spreadtrum SoC with Android 2.2, 256MB of RAM and like 2GB of ROM, or the era of the fake iPhones X / XR with a dual-core MT6572 that was already years old, with a buggy Android 5 firmware and a no-name SD card as internal storage. Compared to all that, this one is at least usable and can run most modern apps.

The apps could be still falsely reporting specs. I personally use CPU-Z and Device Info Hardware to determine the real specs. Most oftenly these phones only have around 2-3GB RAM and like 32GB storage. The RAM can be faked, the storage can be faked, but hey at least they aren't shoving MT6580s anymore because they realized the MT6580 is a 3G only SoC
