Shanygne, so sorry for the loss of your sister! I lost my brother 5 years ago and, yes girl, people just don't understand, and lucky them. Grief has no timeline and it's hard for people to understand that unless they know firsthand. Gonna check out those vitamins!

Try O'Keefe hand wash. It feels like lotion and rinsed clean. I'm so glad i found this before winter. Definitely helps with eczema that i have on my right hand.

Can you please do a fitness routine? I'm also struggling with my weight loss as well. During 2020, I lost 14 lbs and I was always been in a healthy weight before but being this small makes me depressed and the last 2 years, I tried so many things and nothing worked for me. Good on your fitness training! The start and stop is familiar. Spent all summer doing house projects and the workouts went to the back burner. Creatine upsets my stomach in powder form. I'd like to try some other form. The foot cream is another one for me to try.
