It is permanent unless they say otherwise in the JD or specifically said so by HR or the interviewer. Its permanent as it is a L3 role and salary starts with in hand 25k and more

@@User-s9b7j for an outsider i cant really tell if there is a sure shot way of knowing, but you can check quora or connect with people on linkedin within the same designation, one thing i will say whatever you do join only l3 or above, it is really good especially if you are looking for long term as you get a career path to becoming ops manger or program manger(l6+) most of my seniors started as sps only, good luck
