A really badly underrated manager. His announcement of voluntary resignation is a real misfortune for Barcelona. Barcelona's football philosophy works together for a long time and moves like an organism. Xavi is a person who can complete such a process. Barcelona's lack of patience disappoints me greatly. Say what you want about Xavi. But he has NEVER thrown any of his players under the bus. NEVER. He’s the one taking the heat at the press conference and fans. I even see how Barça fans try to shame him for “making excuses.” But what do you want him to do? Half of his key players are injured, and a few stars retired. The fact that he lead this team to third place should earn him compliments, not mockery. There are certain things a coach can’t just fix overnight. It takes players and coach time and patience to fix. It’s a process.

During a new era and rebuilding the team in the process this man helped us win La Liga 2022/2023. I’m so proud of Xavi and wish he wasn’t leaving. I know he’s capable of being a great coach and sadly things aren’t going as well as planned this season so far but we’re still in it! The pressure unfortunately has gotten to him, they’re making this man break on the pitch. He defends his players during the game that’s why he complains(and gets an undeserving yellow card to be provoked) and you see the passion he has for Barcelona when he does, he clearly wants to win. I hope we do great in the champions league this season and possibly win la liga again, it’s still very possible. The players needs to be held accountable for the teams form right now too, not just him, the players get tired too quickly, give up or just are inconsistent with making goals. He won us la liga at least in his full 1st year as a coach, he deserves props and gratitude for accomplishing that so fast! If he truly leaves then I hope he returns to coach Barca again soon, he doesn’t deserve this, and yes he’s made mistakes but no one is perfect. Let’s try and win la liga and especially the champions league please Barca I know you’re capable of doing so, it’s all in your hands now, it’s right within your grasp. Good luck and God Bless.💙❤

Given the pressure and high expectations things are supposed not to go your way, but what you can do well at any given moment on the field will decide things for better or worse. I have been a Barcelona supporter (not fan) since 1985. To be a coach for FCB is the worst thing. You have to deal with Madrid press creating constant rumors to destabilize, Barcelona press always creating unnecessary arguments about something not needed, and on top of it, you have to win and in a certain way. In the past, Barca always had the money to hire the best players, now we cannot compete, and Xavi made us win La Liga a year after he arrived, when we were in 9th position and couldn´t beat a single team after Messi´s departure. No at the moment not, Flick is the best choice because the team is getting out of balance, too relaxed, training sessions are not that good, medical staff is garbage... Also Xavi's decision-making and experimenting in-game is horrible sometimes. Like for example he didn't let Vitor play last game against Napoli UCL and on many more occasions he did this with other players on important moments. Don't get me wrong Xavi is an amazing coach but not for the long term in Barca because of his experience... and that's where Flick will be better i believe. This season our team lacked passion, backbone, striving, strong physical, and desire to win... while we did a lot in the transfer market last summer. We've lost big to Real Madrid, lost to smaller teams a lot or consumed a lot of goals from smaller teams... Flick needs to be our next head coach there is no other better option available at the moment. His passion, desire, tactics... can bring Barca back to the top with smart transfers, and don't let me remind you that Mbappe will probably join Real next season so it will be worse if it works out between Mbappe and Real.

The problem with barca is that they have a very unhealthy success philosophy in the club like xavi said. They still think its 2010. they set way too high expectations for themselves. Winning the league last year of course was a huge achievement. they thought they can repeat it this year in a more offensive style but the team is not ready to compete with real or even an experienced athletico madrid yet girona. Barca really needs to grow back into a team where everyone can play with a blindfold on. Real brought in these new players step by step and gave them time to develop, learning from their predecessors. Whoever comes next to Barca needs time for a project like klopp at liverpool.

Xavi vino al barsa en el peor momento, no había una fila de entrenadores afuera de las instalaciones de barcelona esperando a ser elegido, el pagó de su bolsillo por venir, vino a un lado donde se le paga menos, sabía la mierda que le iban a tirar en prensa como lo están haciendo desde que llegó e hinchas de otros equipos y de la misma afición que muchos andan escondidos diciendo soy del barsa y después eligen o aplauden a bartomeu, sabía que no había plata para plantar el proyecto a su gusto, y con todo eso en contra en media temporada pasó de estar novenos a segundos, siguiente temporada que fue su primera completa 2 títulos, y la de ahora podría haber sido mucho mejor con el pivote pero se ve mejor futbol en el equipo, falta ser más consistente en el tiempo
