That lady could have been more respectful in what she said and/or how she said it. If I were SRK, I wouldn't have brought up hugging each other as some people especially women and children may not like hugging people who are not family members or friends. I would not have touched her either, to respect her personal space, especially knowing that she did not want to hug me.
