A meal without pickle is not at all perfect one. So it is a primary requirement with meal. There are varieties of pickles. So today's video is all about pickle with raw hogplums. This has a shelf life of 5-6 months. There are many conditions and precautions while preparing any pickles. Cleanliness is first one. Use only saturated salt water and ordinary water should not be used for it's long life. Tools used must be clean and dry. Use only Raw hogplums and reject riped ones. Take care while frying masala, as you feel suffocated aroma.
Ingredients:
Hog plums 50
Salt 1&1/2kg
Spicy dry red chilli 100grms
Mustard seeds 50grms
Methi seeds 4sp
Hing
Turmeric powder 1tbsp
