I did an update to the latest version and all of a sudden i cannot connect and pair the app to the ambeo soundbar. It was working previously and now it doesnt. Tried to debug it by removing the Ambeo from the bluetooth paired list, tried to search and connect, it cannot resolve to connect back to the ambeo. Funny thing is that when i first got the Ambeo back in 2020, the smart connect didnt work, and i did an update to the latest version that time, and it picked it up and worked, and now recently again after another update, it doesnt. Please Sennheiser, QA on your software is somewhat lacking.

I have same issue in Sept. App is awful, and I'm still trying to get customer service to help.

FIXED!!!: To unstuck soundbar connection you have to fully unpower soundbar. Turn off it and unplug. Try to turn on when soundbar is unplugged to remove all last energy inside. Then plug again, turn on and connect.

Please fix the app! Updated to the current version and the sound bar is not able to connect either on IOS or Android. I purchased a subwoofer and require it to be activated via the app!

FIXED!!!: To unstuck soundbar connection you have to fully unpower soundbar. Turn off it and unplug. Try to turn on when soundbar is unplugged to remove all last energy inside. Then plug again, turn on and connect.

Is it possible to turn of wifi and bluetooth on the soundbar? Not needed and trying to reduce radiation in the living room.

Just bought the max...... this is hell to setup.... made wrong decision i guess but now the sonos arc blackfriday deals are over.

FIXED!!!: To unstuck soundbar connection you have to fully unpower soundbar. Turn off it and unplug. Try to turn on when soundbar is unplugged to remove all last energy inside. Then plug again, turn on and connect. I have bought soundbar. Opened Smart Control. The app is found the soundbar, trying to connect and stuck on this step. I have cleaned cache of app, even all app data (Android), restarted phone - nothing helped.

@@Slide-Loc you're welcome. One more bug I've found. If your soundbar connected via wi-fi, and during bar sleeping you will reboot router - waked up bar will not find this router. Cure the same - fully restart soundbar.

This app is shit, barely finds it's way when put on, also, the features supposed to have a better 3D audio experience is not really working, I would not recommend this soundbar (been using it for about a year and a half)
