(Btw this was the catalyst for all the abuse) So he escapes justice because he won’t admit his disgusting act and I’m forced to continue visitation exchanges (for his bio kids) and HE tells me he doesn’t want to come close to the car to exchange because He is afraid of ME?! He pretends this in various ways over a couple months till he got tired of the charade but man the audacity was maddening! And I had to keep quiet coz it was scientifically engineered to elicit a reaction. I feel for Johnny sooo much.

this is an interesting take. after being in abusive relationship twice i couldn't meet ether of their eyes. it terrified be to try and look at there faces it didn't even matter if we where sat across the room away from each other my only mental thought was if i didn't look at them i couldn't make them angry and they wouldn't hurt me. Coming back to this, i had forgotten about her pretending to be afraid of Jonny when he was walking toward her direction. But now knowing she herself said she can look at him because she survived him, and he cant look at her because he's "guilty" i find it hard to believe EVEN MORE that she was genuinely fearful of him when he was walking toward her. @@julief634 Unfortunately, you are incorrect, clinically and diagnostically. That reaction when he’s “walking towards her” (to the exit really, and keep in mind he has very poor eye sight and is legally blind in one eye) is ridiculous. ESPECIALLY, when you remember that she asked him to break the TRO (restraining order) to meet her alone in a hotel room more than once and begged him to let her hug him during that meeting. Yet now, in court surrounded by police and court officials and the jury, she acts like he’s rushing at her to beat her. How does that make sense?!? **Sorry, I paused just to comment that. Now, back to the video!**😂

If you notice her demeanor from the UK trial to now, she went from seeming unphased to this. I think she made up this story knowing she would get away with it because it was at the hight of MeToo so she didn’t put a lot of thought into the story, knowing she could just cry wolf and win. Now, it’s being picked apart and she’s trying to make things up of the fly.

People have been screaming for equal rights. I say we let them have some, starting with Amber. She needs to be made an example of. What happened to Johnny is a microcosm of what has been happening to men for years and if he wins, it sets a good precedent. Maybe we can go back to needing evidence before we convict people in the court of public opinion.

Anyone who cries (or almost cries) on the regular will tell you that when you’re trying to hold back crying, tears will relentlessly run down your face even when you’re still fully controlling your voice and facial expression. If you get to the point of your voice trembling out of your control and actually making a “crying face”, you will have had TONS of constant tears by then. That was not genuine emotion. She didn’t shed a single tear. Even though her voice was shaking and she was making a crying face? Nah. Oh, and her fake runny nose was ridiculous. I could put on a better performance if I watched a sad movie first. I think I could manage a single tear at least.

Both sides have their own exit from the court room. Depp's is on the side by the witness stand. He clearly didn't even consider it when he was leaving, but she totally faked being "scared" of him in the most overly dramatic bs way possible. This is a trial about domestic abuse and defamation, it shouldn’t be treated like any other internet-celebrity drama, and neither of the parties involved should be idolized nor villanized. Amber Heard here was talking about sexual assault, having to recount something extremely traumatic. Yes, she has definitely taken part in abuse and her story is full of holes, but so is Depp’s! He was found guilty in 2020 on 12/14 domestic abuse charges! He’s been exposed to have lied multiple times! Regardless of who you support, this is very disturbing. It’s not drama. It’s abuse between two very real people who most likely abused each other. It’s a goddamn court case, you all are so weird.

The pretending to be scared is so hilarious to me, they literally played recorded evidence in court of Amber verbally insulting Johnny, trying to get on his nerves when it was just the two of them alone, but all of a sudden she's scared when she's in a place full of at least 100 witnesses as well as security and a camera taking live footage of everything, she's such a clown. Also, a body language analysist who has trained the FBI and CIA has analyzed both Johnny and Amber from the footage available online and she said Johnny is acting how he always does while Amber not so much, she especially emphasized on the fake crying too

OKAY. So. Basically one of Johnny’s good friends is an LA-based tattoo artist named Jonathan Shaw. Jonathan’s friend, Ryan Leone, claims he was Amber’s drug dealer back in her beginning days in Hollywood. He wrote this to Jonathan on Facebook: Listen brother… I usually don’t chime in on gossip but I know Johnny is a dear friend of yours and I’ve known Amber for years so I figured I’d throw an opinion out there based on my own experience with her. I remember sitting at a picnic table in Santa Monica with you a few months ago, having an absolutely prophetic conversation about Johnny and Amber’s tumultuous relationship… And brother you sure did call it… That sick and conniving fame-whore has come to sabotage a man that I’ve heard nothing but solid things about. I met Amber at the Santa Barbara Film Festival back in 2008. I was at the after party for the Bret Easton Ellis adaption of The Informers. Amber had a shitty role in the movie and I ended up selling her some blow and giving her my number. Our interactions back then were primarily drug-related but I can tell you this… She was a dope fiend of the worst variety, shooting coke in her crotch to veil her addiction. She had the propensity towards delusional and paranoiac fits that could last for days until she finally crashed. She got the police called on my house several times, including once for being obnoxiously wasted and driving my ATV around a residential neighborhood at 3 in the morning. She is a materialistic, hedonistic, narcissistic, VERY loud and combative person. I lost contact after I left California for a few years but when I heard that she had married Johnny Depp I can only imagine that these underlying delusions of grandiosity were amplified to an almost tyrannical level. I mean, it is Johnny Depp after all. Domestic Violence is a real thing and it’s an ugly thing. I’ve done some bad stuff in my time but I’ve never put hands on a woman, child, or animal. I’m also aware that fame grabbing from b-list talentless actresses is real thing as well. I know Amber and she is a liar. The truth is being revealed rapidly but rest assured - coming from someone that has wasted a lot of my life with this person - I full heartedly support Mr. Depp. It’s been taken down now (he may have been one of the John Does in the lawsuit she brought and dropped against Doug and others) so I can’t link to it, but luckily it’s still floating around. 5 years ago, 27/09/16 | 45 notes

I’m glad Achara brought up the way Amber was looking around the court room every time she talked and answered questions because if you watch any snippet of her talking you see her doing it constantly. No one seemed to hyper focus on it much, but it honestly struck me as one of the weirdest parts because it’s like she’s trying really hard to convince everyone of her side, which makes sense, but also comes off as disingenuous. She never mentioned the incident with a bottle before, doesn't remember if it hurt or not etc but when Ben King turned over a picture of a bottle, she suddenly remembered that she was penetrated with a bottle. But she also said she remembered thinking she hoped it wasn't the broken bottle. It's just, if that had happened to me ... I'd remember that event from day 1. Its not like she blacked out. She also took pictures of the mirrors etc straight away even though she said her phone was downstairs out of battery. She also said there were bits of steak wrapped up in a nightdress hidden around the house, in the microwave, the produce drawer etc but at no point did she mention that she'd gone round to inspect the place and found them. You telling me they were missed when everything else was cleaned up? It just doesn't make sense. I immediately thought of the feet thing too though, she never mentioned difficulty walking afterwards despite having walked through broken glass. I'll be the first to apologise if evidence comes out that she's telling the truth, but as it stands right now, she seems to be pretending. as much as I agree and share the sentiment, don't forget that the trial is not about who is abusing who, but about libel/defamation. but here's a little good news, amber wrecked herself by admitting that she wrote the op ed, johnny's team proved (not yet 100% proved) that the op ed damaged his career, caused him financial damages, etc. Finally letting the world know that amber is a lying abuser is a bonus at this point. The problem here that I'm kind of worried about is the fact that even if amber is proven to be the abuser that she is, she can still win due to technicalities. IIRC, in VA all 5 jurors must make a unanimous vote in favor of depp.

This guy has been laughing and condescending since the start of this trial and people don't see that, they're blindsided by the character of jack sparrow, they only see that. He's got all the narcissistic pervert people talk about, and I'm not the only one saying that. When one is a victim, one laughs during his trial, one sneers as soon as the opportunity arises? I do not think so, no. He revels in the situation because he couldn't bear to have lost the previous trial. He has an extraordinary ego. She's not innocent, maybe, but is he? If Amber is the pervert that people describe, why hasn't she had problems in her previous relationships? The witnesses brought to him are either employees or his ex who is jealous of Amber as ever... are they reliable witnesses? No, I do not think so. The shrink was hired during a dinner... Amber's camps also had a shrink testify, but people immediately cataloged her when she seems much more professional than the previous one (she at least relies on his notes and does not repeat a text...).

She's a different character minute by minute. We oscillate from strong, tough independent go-getter, to a wee lost lamb that wouldn't know what abuse was, to star-struck leaf in the wind caught in a tragedy, to seasoned childhood abuse survivor and there's no sort of through line - whatever works in that moment. Everything she says is so dramatic and extreme but utterly disconnected, there's no substance in anything she's saying. It's like each tale is a separate biome with it's own characters and emotional scenery with no connective tissue. The hilarity of Johnny Depp threatening people by saying "do you know how much pressure it takes to break a bone?" was a highlight, he's a henchman from a Karate Kid sequel now apparently. However, whenever she quotes him, I'm curious how much he sounds like she does in the recordings.

Even after that horrible incident in Australia where she severed Johnny's finger and where she accused she was ab*sed by Johnny, she begged to stay with him. Johnny was the one trying to stay away from her. An abuser would not want to leave their victim. Their victim is like the blood they feed on. She also did not act like this in their previous deposition. She is putting on a show here, in my humble opinion.

And she instigates arguments and then follows him to other rooms when he tries to walk away, in the audio recordings that SHE entered into evidence... why would someone who alleges to have been physically abused, follow their abuser when they try to storm out of the room??? If you're trying to de-escalate a situation that may end up with physical violence, why would you follow and try to continue an argument??? I think they were both horrible to each other, but she seems to be a lot more openly manipulative both in her own testimony and from descriptions by others than him, unless he just hides it very very well.

I like how this is a silly little joke to some of you. Whats gonna happen if something ends up happening to yall that are making fun of Amber right now, like what if any of you end up going through abuse and now its your time to go to court? Why will your abuse story be more believable than hers? She has given plenty of evidence and shes still being mocked like its some big joke. Why will any of your situations be any different? She gave evidence and a tearful testimony retelling her assault, isnt that what yall want women to do? This is horrible to do all over a dude that defended roman Polanski and Marilyn manson. Nobody is a perfect victim, and yall only support women when theyre perfect victims. We tell women to fight back but then once 1 woman does fight back, shes the enemy

okay, i definitely get where you’re coming from and i even agree to an extent! society goes from extreme to extreme when it comes to women. it’s either believe all women or we’re the devil incarnate if our story isn’t 100% straight. that being said, i think the mockery of amber is so much more prevalent because of how incompetent her side seems to be. her representatives are bullies and meme worthy in their repetitiveness; she uses exaggerative expressions, gets caught in her lies and changes her story as she sees fit; she tried to make herself seem completely innocent but admitted her own guilt and her recordings say more about her despicable behavior than it did johnny’s. a part of me was sad to see a woman trying to tell her truth treated so but the rest feels no remorse. she was most often the aggressor and tried for so long to seem completely innocent. a horrible part of me feels like a bit like this is what she deserves to be completely honest.

After looking at her new bank account, she decided to keep this money for herself, and just extort Johny for a bit more. And when she promised her friends money, she needed more. And eventually a few million turned into a demand for 30 million. Wtf this person is nuts.

Her backing up and acting scared was her attempt to show a PTSD response. I know this because I was abused and have it. I can say that was her acting because if you feel protected like by the deputies there you are less likely to have that response. Now I can't speak for all abuse victims but I know a lot from being in a stress clinic for coping.

When you have his attention, you feel like you're the only person in the world, that's why everybody loves him so much" Marge Sherwood from The Talented Mr. Ripley: "The thing with Dickie, it's like the sun shines on you, and it's glorious. It reminded me of my ex. I could only watch short bits at a time. I have no idea how Johnny could sit there like that. It's hard to have eye contact with your abuser when they're trying to convince other people how great they are and they are the injured party. It's interesting how she had no problems looking at him or the other witnesses the whole time.

I'm not a fan of Depp or Heard. Never seen any films by them, don't plan to either. But as a sexual assault survivor, this is disappointing. To mock someone while they claim to be sexually assaulted (no matter if they're speaking the truth or lying), is a disgusting display of behavior. Is this how you're gonna act when someone you don't like at all claims that they were sexually assaulted? Depp or Heard won't see your video but your friends, family members, acquaintances, viewers who are victims will see this and be hurt. Do better.
