What I can and will confirm 100% Amber's legal team KNOWS they are arguing a losing fight. The only way they could win is to make the other side look incompetent, just like in the Rittenhouse trial, which he most certainly should've been found guilty. But her team can't win because you can't defeat over 5 years worth of available evidence. It's why they can't compose their questions, if they asked the right questions they would lose. She isn't gonna win this at all. Also if Depp wins he can sue her again immediately and it wouldn't even go to anything serious as the verdict from this trial is evidence enough. Also, he should get the money he lost from being blacklisted in Hollywood.

I think the lawyer was merely trying to get the doctor to make assertions that "their" doctor will also make, she's just trying to create any link she can between the 2 doctors b/c they will be giving completely different contradicting testimony. The lawyer wants the jury to think about Heard's doctors testimony whenever they think about Depps doctor's testimony. That's the defenses main advantage in trials, they get to go 2nd, they can't make the jury forget everything they heard the plaintiffs' side testify to, they want to create links so that when they are thinking about plaintiff testimony they'll also be reminded of defense testimony subliminally thru certain buzz words or phrases. The tactic has a name but can't remember what it is(some called it a prosecutrix rule derogatorily b/c women will always associate everything to a cheating man, but it's called something else), it's why the best defense lawyers are always former prosecutors and district attorneys. They are best at creating subliminal links with plaintiff narratives. This is why Amber's lawyers would ask Depp's witnesses the same questions over and over and over so much but slightly different every time, they are trying to set the subliminal groundwork for the questions and answers their rebuttal witnesses will get and give(they don't know exactly what questions Depp's lawyers will ask defense witnesses so they are just throwing out a wide net to catch everything. That has resulted in Heard's team having spent more time with witnesses than Depp's team despite defense testimony just beginning, which is extremely unusual)..... These lawyers just aren't very good at using the tactic and disguising it. It's also a strategy that's used when your case isn't very strong with physical evidence, you focus more on words than exhibits. Amber's team has an avg ratio of 50+ questions to a single exhibit, typical is around 15-20. It's unbelievable she hasn't fired her legal team yet, they are doing more harm to her than good. Read she just fired her PR team and got a new one but her PR team isn't what's hurting her, her legal team is to blame. I guess she feels replacing them at this point would look overwhelmingly bad to the jury. Everybody says she's fake crying on the stand but I don't think it's fake at all, she is legit crying... not over what Depp did to her during their marriage, she's crying about the situation her legal team has gotten her into.

The logic behind this is that the entity judging is the judicial system, not the individual. It’s video footage from a deposition that was done on the date at the bottom of the recording in 2021. They did depositions of different people on different days and then they’re allowed to use that deposition footage in court as witness testimony. So technically the only ppl of video with him at the time he recorded this was probably just the lawyers asking him questions.

Oof, you should also react to dr curry when she explained how AH lied during a test, answering obvious questions about having a condition (i forgot what the test is about), but lied/failed on further questions which meant to act as a "trick" question to detect lies

the PTSD assessment, AH chose every one, and people with severe diagnosed PTSD dont even score that high. Dr. Curry stated that PTSD is so well known, and the symptoms that many can rattle off the symptoms to lie about having PTSD. The MMPI 2, is a large assessment with 500 items(questions) that can catch 'deception", doesn't always mean lies but can, it can detect consistency in answers as well to help diagnosis, by asking the same type of questions in different ways.

That trial is like an absurd comedy show ... I can't believe that it's actual real. Asking a burly dude about make up makes about as much sense as asking a driver to recite the alphabet backwards in order to check wether he is intoxicated. Who can recite the alphabet backwards sober?! I can't!

Lol totally irrelevant but I can... I used to practice when i was younger whenever I was drinking to see if I could do it.. so much that I can still do it to this day. #worthlesstalents 😂🤣 But I agree it's absolutely ridiculous. EVEN an expert makeup artist couldn't always confidently say whether or not someone is wearing certain types of make up. Especially if it's meant to look natural and its based on a short encounter from 6 years ago where they are not specifically looking for it and have no idea theyd have to attest to it later. 🙄🙄🙄

18:59 Because you didn't understand it, obviously. In principle, Amber's lawyer defends Johnny Depp from this moment on, with this sequence of questions and answers. And she doesn't even notice it. All the answers Dr. Curry gave and the questions that were asked about them applied to Johnny Depp. And if you don't notice this, the visual language has the tutoring in the video. It is shown here in the video extra on Depp.

So, Lawyers job is to try to clear the name of their clients from the case. In this particular case, her lawyers are trying their best to clear her name by hook or crook. This is how lawyers work. I think Johnny's lawyer needs to be more active and try to raise objections more often. Cuz Amber's lawyers are doing good job with whatever little they have. And if they are able to even lower the amount to be paid to Johnny, it's their victory.

My fav is the MU artist from james cordon set ( because Amber claimed she was a.bused the night before) . After the show AH said to the mu artist: can you believe I just did a show with two blue eyes?? The mu artist was confused. Because no she didn't. It was already interesting to watch after it was released but it was even more interesting when you feel like you're watching it for the first time again but this time with two just as invested in what's going on on the screen :) And the commentary during pauses. Not frustrating at all, well utilized. Most utuber who pause to say something you feel like it wasn't really interesting or relevant. But their commentary is relatable and you just wanna be there in between them and join in. Thia channel has grown explosively on me the last week sinse discovering it. Both solid, funny, smart and just giving good vibes. I'mma subscribe :)

I use to bartend at a nightclub and went out of town for a week or two. Apparently a shooting happened in the parking lot while I was gone. This was 19 years ago. Two years later, I’ve moved across state, had a baby, and I ended up being served for a deposition because the family of the deceased victim was suing the club for lack of security in the parking lot. Thankfully they didn’t make me go back to the city to do it. I had to go to a law firm that had a court reporter, and a lawyer there and did it over speaker phone. The deposition was stressful. They ask you the same question different ways. Them: What’s the race ratio of the club patrons? Me: About 70% African American, 20% Latino, and 10% white. Them: How many White patrons? Me: 10%. Them: How many Latinos? Me in my head: BRUH!
