@@carterhargrow1964 he has a good voice but it suits musical theatre best. Going into season 2 Glee transitioned to a lot more pop and top 40 to appeal to a broader audience. When you pair someone like Chris who does best with musical theatre and five him mostly pop then pair him with someone like Darren who can easily do almost any pop song. Darren has a more universal voice that fits multiple genres and past season 2 Chris and Darren were so intermixed because of their characters that it was easier for the show to just pick something Darren would sound good in and hope Chris sounded okay too... One of the biggest things that angers me about the later seasons in the show is that fact they didn't highlight Chris's voice properly.
