"overruled" So Amber doesn't get due process huh? The Judge seems to think her job is to give Botham Jean a fair trial and not Amber Guyger. But Amber Guyger is the accused and she is entitled to innocent until proven guilty. The Judge won't allow expert testimony to something that "the jury will know anyway." What the hell kind of standard is that?

Oh no, she truly is. Who else killed him then? She sure isn’t innocent by any means. She may have entered the wrong apartment, but she had the wherewithal to figure it out and use better judgement as an officer of the LAW! She shot him. She did not render appropriate aid. She deleted messages. She barely offered any comfort to this man as he was dying in front of her. She lied and try to cover things up. She. Is. Guilty.
