Yep, for longer than a year she had the money and didn't donate it. Which proves she lied under oath in the previous court. Now all Depp's team needs to do is say if she is willing to lie under oath in the past - she's willing to lie under oath now. Add that to the psychologist's diagnosis of her lying personality traits and it calls into question her testimony about the abuse. If the abuse isn't proven, it just was proven she is willing to lie under oath, and she is willing to lie about money - it is essentially obvious that there her statements in the op-ed were false, she lied about it, and she profited off it. I think Depp's team proved he suffered financially as a result of the allegations. This is almost open and shut to me.
