I’d really like to see the ENT notes because scarring in the nasal cavity could come from so many different things, including drug use. I’ve seen the result of two broken noses. My friend had butterfly bruises around her eyes and nose…and no amount of ice and makeup could cover up the swelling she endured. We tried so hard because we were performing in a cheer competition three days after the injury. She had her bruises for at least a week and a half after. When my husband had his nose broken, he also had bruising around his eyes for about two weeks and he had a visual bump that changed the shape of his nose. Two years later he still has a bump because he has elected to not have surgery.

@@arubina14 my nose was slightly broken by a soft punch years ago... i still can feel the nose bridge being damaged when I´m "twitching" it... but I guess that´s why she went from "he broke my nose" to "I thought he brought my nose" because she knows that the initial claim won´t hold a minute...

@SarahLeeMe
@SarahLeeMe 2 жыл бұрын
Absolutely. No amount of ice will fix a broken or punched nose. Her eyes would be swollen as well. Lipstick would make your lip look worse if there's a cut. No amount of makeup can cover up real bruises n swelling. None! Idc what she says. She's a liar. And having your hair pulled out were it's bleeding, hair spray would burn, touching your head would hurt. N you would have bald spots that no extension could cover because you wouldn't have anything to stick them too. Sorry for the rant. It's just ridiculous. I can't believe she's doing this. Backing out would look better at this point. She could make up a lie due to emotional trauma of having to live thru it again. That would be more believable then this.

My lawyer said this to the now ex narc who had been terrorizing our two children and I (during the trial that SHE initiated). She followed AHs playbook: false affidavits, lying under oath while on the stand, broken pre existing court orders, stonewalling CPS, tax fraud. My lawyer took her apart in under two hrs, by using Ms. Vasquez's exact strategy: "Let's refresh your memory."

@@briebrie44313 you are not obligated to look at the jury, every witness on Johnnys side when they were cross examined or questioned never looked at the jury. Yet amber and all of her Walmart witnesses would constantly look at the jury especially when something that challenged them would arise. It’s an insecure move, very concerned with how people view them in that instance. Someone who’s secure would not look around and see peoples reactions. They’d act exactly how they would and direct their energy toward the source.

The reality is millions upon millions of men suffer in silence. Beyond the humor of Bill Burr, in todays world Men just don’t hit Woman. The so called war on Women is another progressive lie. Men have bowed to every whim of Womanhood and yet are overwhelming seen as the monster. The story of Adam and Eve is telling. If Women truly want so called equality, it’s high time they take responsibility for all their emotions and actions. Nobody can make you angry or unhappy. One chooses how one reacts to any given situation. No you can’t have your cake and eat it.

Something that I don’t understand is that AH’s whole story revolves around the fact that every time Johnny goes to do drugs, he comes back, and then he’s the monster that beats her up. There are no recordings between the two or text messages where she is pleading with him to not leave and do drugs. I think that Camille should’ve picked up on that and asked her why she isn’t pleading with him to not do drugs. We all know that she was pleading with him because she wanted attention and wanted him to quit running into other rooms to get away from her. Camille did an awesome job with this trial but I think this could’ve been added in there because that’s her whole story that he would leave and go off on a bender and come back and beat her up.

So in a nutshell - everything is everyone else fault. Her sister taught JD had to snort coke through a tampon applicator. Her dad got JD drinking. Her lawyers didn't give over the photos and medical files. JD is to blame why she didn't hand over the money, even though she had had it for 13 months in full, before he had even sued her. Ice covers swelling. She don't know why she only took photos of Johnny and none of her injuries. Nodding off means you have taken drugs. Hitting is not the same as punching ... We could keep going.

If you look closely at the “morning after” photo of their kitchen table, there is condensation on the full glass indicating that the liquid in it is cold. There is no way that was sitting there from the night before - she staged this.

also, no one who does coke would leave lines just laying out from the night before. 1. you wouldn't risk something happening to it. 2. you wouldn't risk other people seeing it. 3. even if you think you've had enough coke for the night, if there are still lines laying out, you WILL do them. not just neatly leave them laying out for the next morning. 4. the crushing and sorting of the lines is part of the "doing." it's like a ritual for users. you're not going to put the lines out for morning, UNTIL morning. ask any coke user. they'll back all of this up.

A rockstar judge would have the jury out of the room every time attorneys approach the bench with arguments to ensure complete impartiality for the jury. The jury shouldn't be listening to any of that.
