On Monday, the cross-examination of Amber Heard began with questioning by Johnny Depp's attorney Camille Vasquez. Vasquez questioned Heard about a variety of incidents spoken of so far in Heard's testimony.
Happening in court:
0:00 Day 16
19:40 Cross-examination of Amber Heard
Actor Johnny Depp is suing ex-wife Amber Heard for $50 million for defamation in connection with Heard’s 2018 Washington Post op-ed, in which she spoke out about being the victim of domestic violence. Heard’s article did not specifically name Depp as her alleged abuser, but according to Depp’s lawsuit, it relied “on the central premise that Ms. Heard was a domestic abuse victim and that Mr. Depp perpetrated domestic violence against her.” Amber Heard is counter-suing Depp for $100 million.
The defamation trial began Monday in Fairfax County Circuit Court in Virginia, with jury selection completing on the same day. There is a possibility of celebrity witnesses testifying, including James Franco and Elon Musk. Tune in to the Law&Crime Network for daily coverage of this high-profile trial.

I’d really like to see the ENT notes because scarring in the nasal cavity could come from so many different things, including drug use. I’ve seen the result of two broken noses. My friend had butterfly bruises around her eyes and nose…and no amount of ice and makeup could cover up the swelling she endured. We tried so hard because we were performing in a cheer competition three days after the injury. She had her bruises for at least a week and a half after. When my husband had his nose broken, he also had bruising around his eyes for about two weeks and he had a visual bump that changed the shape of his nose. Two years later he still has a bump because he has elected to not have surgery.

@@arubina14 my nose was slightly broken by a soft punch years ago... i still can feel the nose bridge being damaged when I´m "twitching" it... but I guess that´s why she went from "he broke my nose" to "I thought he brought my nose" because she knows that the initial claim won´t hold a minute...

Absolutely. No amount of ice will fix a broken or punched nose. Her eyes would be swollen as well. Lipstick would make your lip look worse if there's a cut. No amount of makeup can cover up real bruises n swelling. None! Idc what she says. She's a liar. And having your hair pulled out were it's bleeding, hair spray would burn, touching your head would hurt. N you would have bald spots that no extension could cover because you wouldn't have anything to stick them too. Sorry for the rant. It's just ridiculous. I can't believe she's doing this. Backing out would look better at this point. She could make up a lie due to emotional trauma of having to live thru it again. That would be more believable then this.

The reality is millions upon millions of men suffer in silence. Beyond the humor of Bill Burr, in todays world Men just don’t hit Woman. The so called war on Women is another progressive lie. Men have bowed to every whim of Womanhood and yet are overwhelming seen as the monster. The story of Adam and Eve is telling. If Women truly want so called equality, it’s high time they take responsibility for all their emotions and actions. Nobody can make you angry or unhappy. One chooses how one reacts to any given situation. No you can’t have your cake and eat it.

@@briebrie44313 you are not obligated to look at the jury, every witness on Johnnys side when they were cross examined or questioned never looked at the jury. Yet amber and all of her Walmart witnesses would constantly look at the jury especially when something that challenged them would arise. It’s an insecure move, very concerned with how people view them in that instance. Someone who’s secure would not look around and see peoples reactions. They’d act exactly how they would and direct their energy toward the source.

Something that I don’t understand is that AH’s whole story revolves around the fact that every time Johnny goes to do drugs, he comes back, and then he’s the monster that beats her up. There are no recordings between the two or text messages where she is pleading with him to not leave and do drugs. I think that Camille should’ve picked up on that and asked her why she isn’t pleading with him to not do drugs. We all know that she was pleading with him because she wanted attention and wanted him to quit running into other rooms to get away from her. Camille did an awesome job with this trial but I think this could’ve been added in there because that’s her whole story that he would leave and go off on a bender and come back and beat her up.

When Amber tries to manipulate the jury by insinuating that she did in fact produce a photo of her “broken nose” without makeup but it’s “not her job” to introduce it into evidence. I wish so badly that Camille would have made the biggest show of giving Amber and her team every opportunity to publish that photo for the jury. I would have requested a recess just to do that. And when court was back in session I would have asked her again about the photo, and then sat back and basked in her feeble manipulative attempts to explain to the jury why she couldn’t produce that photo. It would have been a great on the spot example to the jury of how she immediately defaults to using manipulation and lies to cover up her manipulation & lies. (It could be possible that the long sidebar that occurred after that testimony was Camille’s attempt to do just that)

@@leonardocucchiara4782 I really dislike her portraying Johnny's drug use as something terrible and depraved, though she herself often drank alcohol or took xtc and shrooms, which aren't really "mild" drugs like f.e. weed. Don't get me wrong, I have experimented with a lot of different drugs myself and therefor I would never look down on anyone who uses drugs and gets into problems because of that. I was lucky, I went there and came back quite intact, functional and even somewhat wiser than I have been before, but other people struggle with their drug use, become addicted and drown in it. A woman isn’t used, at best utilized for her talents. Also it’s a rather obvious choice. If you wanted the real Amber come out, trigger her with a powerful man. That’s her daddy issues, her narcissistic injury and the roots of her BPD and histrionics. She would have thrown her water bottle at a man asking those questions.
