My guess is that she wants the jury to perceive her as blithely unconcerned. She’s passing blank notes to Rottenborn to let the jury believe that she has answers for what Camille is alleging. It’s all play acting.

It was almost like she was psychic...every time she asked a question, she already knew what AH's answer would be, and already had evidence on deck to prove everything she'd just said was a lie. You can tell she REALLY put the hours in analyzing every little detail in this case. Respect.

@@leminjapan it’s also exactly how their expert Dr Curry said she’d be. So when you hire real experts, not just someone who is going to say what you want, you can trust their results. And yes, she took her role as Johnny’s voice and shield seriously. All the respect for her and their whole team. You can see they respect and trust each other. It’s so awesome to watch people do what they love and genuinely care about. -holly, not Dave.

@@karamay4189 this is a very understanding way of seeing her speech. However, you may not know that barristers in the UK and attorneys in the USA are all told to be clear and simple in their manner of speaking. The jury don’t need to hear legal jargon or Shakespearean prose. Read more on legal sites on how they should present arguments and speeches in court.
@karamay4189

@@aaizaasghar3000 I appreciate your perspective. However, I don't agree that things should be "dumbed down." I didn't find anything this lawyer said to be "Shakespearen". Also, the legal jargon needed to be explained and she did it well. In the end, she won the case. To me, that is worth the compliments I provided. I'm not sure if you were referring to my original comment or the response to the individual who commented. Important to know that my husband works in the court system and several members of my family practice law. Be well.

I went into this trial believing they were both train wrecks and that almost any combination of the stories could be true. Watching the redemption of Johnny as this trial has progressed, the pieces coming together one by one rebuilding the truth of him is not only testimony to how incredibly talented his legal team have proven to be, but also to his bravery in showing the world just how broken he was, and how Amber preyed upon that. If I was undecided when this began, I most certainly am not now, and I hope that people can step back from admiring Johnny as an actor for a while and admire him as a person.

In my profession of 40 years in law enforcement, I have been in court many many times, and was very involved with attorneys on all sides of a situation. Then they hit each other to make it seem like he had assault them and it was self defense. The stories are mind blowing. I hope the jurors remember her actions and lies while in the stand and return a verdict where man in general can relate and come out and speak up. This is a real issue. She even tried to overpowe Vazquez by talking over her every time she would ask her a question. Man , she show her colors in a court of law. Imagine how she was like in a private setting with JD.

I was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and everything Camille Vasquez said is so true! we fear rejections so much that we end up pushing the other person, and we do not want to be rejected but we set ourselves up for rejection:! we manipulate like Crazy!! we do have huge dangerous tantrums! anxiety! we either value someone and put them so high on a pedestal OR! we devalue them to the end of a basement! I have never hit any of my boyfriends but yes! we are like pitbulls! lol! but not to worry I have been doing great for years now! take accountability is important here too!

The fact that she can lie so easily and defend those lies over and over again while accusing everybody else of lying tells me that Amber Heard is an evil, manipulative, narcissistic sociopath. People like her are incapable of remorse and or redemption. Why? because she will never acknowledge her guilt and accept responsibility. I mean she will die with the lie. It's all about a perceived sense of power and supremacy. She thinks she's smarter than everybody else and she needs to be seen coming across as the winner. That's why she keeps looking at the jury. Everything about her is just wrong.
