Then she says she went to NY, Miami and (very broad) Europe. Upon turning 17 she notifies her parents that she's "not living there anymore". The Op-Ed she used the phrase "college age" to elude to an education that she does not possess, yet desperately wants everyone to think she's intelligent, which she definitely is not. On top of all that, she has proved to the world that she is an awful actress and incredibly inept.

"Back then" I knew. And even back in 2014 when I watched this Letterman episode on TV, Amber Heard was neither "beautiful" nor was she "charming." While it's an uncommon attribute, there are those few of us with the innate ability to spot the reality of a sociopath's contrived 'persona' (or "true colours" as you've labeled It) almost in an instant, while others do not. What you see in this clip you describe as beauty & charm, as would most people. What I see sets off my alarm senses in the same manner that your's would if you came face to face with a chained viscious dog barring it's teeth. The self preservational message I get equally from each is..... 'stay away!' Amber has a number of visual and vocal characteristic traits that she's unaware of and serve to betray her crafted persona. Some are subtle and discrete, others are not. The most pronounced being her involuntary facial expressions which range from faux benign/acquiescent to repugnant/grotesque. Amber is not 'insane' by any legal or psychiatric standards of measure, however she has confirmed herself a 'sociopath' by definition due to the nature & content of her overall testimony during her trial.
