Anytime I feel bad about my body I come to these videos … I’ve been diagnosed with body dysmorphia & although I wear a size medium I feel much bigger when I look in the mirror. However, watching these videos THEN looking in a mirror, kinda helps defeat some of that dysmorphia in my head 😮

I drove through a storm that left half of the state without power, downed power lines, downed trees, roads blocked and no working stop lights to get my cat to the ER and I've had my new cat to the ER and a Cardiologist for an echocardiogram before I'd had him a month. But, Amber bought Twinkie some Glucosamine treats. 🤷🏼‍♀️
