Oh yeah. Arrested development leading to narcissistic personality disorder. Severe cildhood trauma under like 7 causes parts of the brain to stop developing. Like the anterior insula, where our emotions like empathy and compassion come from, don't develop. That said. People with antisocial personality disorder cannot feel higher emotions at all, they only have the base reptilian brain set (anger, sadness, excitement, rage, pleasure), BUT they CAN observe others, rationalize what's acceptable behaviour and what correct emotional responses look like, and they can mimic. So, psychopaths and sociopaths CAN live totally normal lives undercover using the logic centres of their brain, by existing in society and seeing how others act. So, a narcissist can totally do the same, learn to recognize their toxic traits and clamp down when they pop up. Bite your tongue. Function properly. There's no excuse for not using your head to stop causing so much harm to others. You might not FEEL like you shouldn't do/say something, but you CAN know logically that it'll hurt someone, and stop yourself. You can't cure personality disorders but they're treatable and people can function normally if they try.

I'm sure Amber has abandonment issues stemming from her childhood that affect her adult relationships. She cannot be alone for one second and it is not healthy. I feel like she slowly "suffocates" her partners with her love bombing behavior to the point where they can't stand it and leave. Both Destiny and Becky said they should "work on themselves separately", but Amber seems to relate that to her problems with losing weight. She made all her exes sleep with her in the same bed after the break-up. That's not normal behavior. Then she immediately jumps into another relationship and every new relationship is "true love", her new partner is her soulmate and she feels like she's never felt before. We've heard that every time she entered a new relationship. She NEVER took the time to be on her own, reflect on her previous relationship and work on herself. Her behavior is really toxic. She desperately wants to be loved, praised and become someone's wife. Doesn't matter who's as long as she makes herself believe she's in a "perfect" relationship this time. Now I'm not a professional, but what I said is just plain obvious. I had to disconnect from anything related to ALR, as her “fans” are some of the most mean spirited, nasty, petty, hypocritical, misogynistic, and flat out rude people I’ve ever met. I’ve come to the conclusion that most of the people who hate her don’t hate her for the things she’s rumored to have done, or because they don’t like her personality or habits. They hate her because everyone else does. I sincerely believe that to be true. Most of her hate comments don’t even address the bad things she’s said/done in the past. They are all about her weight/appearance/hygiene, or just gross name calling. Her comment section is the perfect example of “mob mentality”, and why it’s so dangerous (and stupid) to be a follower.

I am listening to these videos back to back while playing Palia today and it is so heartbreaking to see how bubbly, playful and joyous Destiny was before she was Ambered and just seeing a person become a shell of who they once were over the course of a few hours of summary like this. I also really think she rehomed her cat since she threw out "maybe some nice people are taking care of her" and those people probably picked up the cat. I am mega impressed at the amount of work you've put into these videos, sifting her content and finding moments she used certain words or phrases or storytelling her life in a FAR more interesting way.
