Ambient Emotional Acoustic guitar 50 mins

Improvisations on "Barge Song" - a piece I composed many years ago after deciding to quit a successful music project.
My girlfriend and I decided it was time to walk away from the big stages and live on a barge instead...
I'm not sitting on the floor this week as I bashed my knee riding my bike this week.
Will get back to the earth next week.

@@DjangoPorter Hi Django- it’s actually a Beardsell 7 string ( custom ) - it looks like a gypsy guitar but is actually nothing like! It has extra sound holes in the top which actually means I hear it better

Nice! I do like the ambient sound of your guitar when you played in your living room. It seemed less harsh for some reason and more muted. I don't know if it's because of the acoustics of the place you've recorded this or the mic. Still a nice meditative sound.

Thank you- that’s interesting, it could be due to the acoustics or mic placement or possibly (probably) the mix of the pic up with the mic . Also i’m in standard tuning here which is slightly sharper sounding. I like to record in the ‘living room’ too! But it’s actually more of a yoga/ meditation etc space so I can’t leave my stuff set up (we live in the kitchen!)
