wow so you have a you tube where you're playing some music and you get lots of positive comments even though you're not close to a professional but you come to another musicians account and try to shame him out! come on man is that really who you are!

@@ramencafe1 Thank you my friend :) . It's sad that even though they are getting lots of positive comments they still feel so insecure . I honestly expected that they would not play music. At the end of the day it just shows how much hate they have inside. Nobody wants to jam with people who treat others badly.

Improvising really is a lot of fun! I am by no means a pro when it comes to improv but that doesn't mean it has to be boring. If I was honest, I would love to be able to utilise more arpeggios as well as modes and scales. But not in a robotic manner. Learning to visualise the fretboard is a tricky task. And I feel that's why it's always good to play and learn from people who have played music for longer or who have studied music and can provide the help we need! :)

It is really therapeutic and meditative. It's curious because if you ask a non musician .. they would say they think musicians just learn to play other people's songs 😅.. or at least I feel that's the expectation . Personally I do not play guitar to make other people happy. Although, I do want to bring some joy with my playing If I can! Thank you mate. You're far too kind ! If I can be inspiring to you then please remember you too with your kindness and open mind can too be equally as inspiring. I don't consider myself inspiring so thank you for saying that :)😊. It's nice to know that other people think on a similar wavelength ! Take care, my friend!! :) and be sure to pick up the guitar and enjoy it ! I know it's important to "practice" but we should always focus on what we love / what is most important to us first. Or at least I heard that if we tire ourselves out with scales or exercises first.. it can have an impact on your playing as you continue to practice in the day. Oops I hope that made sense. So I suppose the idea 💡 is to follow 🤔 what is most important to you !

I agree with all you said. No need to apologize for being sentimental Nick :) I always try to wear my heart on my sleeve. I also think that self confidence is vital in this life. We all have the same color blood and all have a capable mind. To remember that you may be an inspiration for all kinds of things not just guitar but also just being honest and kind.

There's also the idea that self talk can be very damaging if you have a negative mindset too. I think it's important to be kind to yourself in the same way you would be kind to others :)
