…..umm…. the ambient lighting in MB vehicles does not need to be “explained” , instead the manufacturer should begging for forgiveness in trashing an otherwise splendid vehicle with such a cheap, woefully crass feature. They could have spent that development funding on something useful instead, like individual rear seat belt sensors rather than that moronic picture of the back seat that comes up when you drive off , even if you have no rear passengers 😎

He didn't mention it in the video, but you can shut the lights off if you feel as though the ambient lighting is trashing that interior.
