I close my eyes and see my Mom and Sister ... who passed away five years ago ... only 19 days apart; Mom on the 10th of December and Sister on the 29th. I could see them walking hand in hand together ... along the streets of gold ... no pain, no fear - just pure joy, peace, and full of God's glory!

There is something special about instrumentals like this. There are no set lyrics. No set directions. Just the music and you. You make the song, you make the memories, you make it yours. A few simple notes, a thousand different songs. If you are reading this, just know that Im here with you. We can make it. All the hard times and the pain you faced, you survived! And we are going to be alright. I love you ♥️.

I found this song about 6 years ago and became an instant fan. I don't normally comment or interact with videos but this one..... I keep coming back to this song. I don't know why but every time I hear it, it just make me feel better. It gives clarity when I need it whether I realize I need it or not. Andy, Thank you for creating this masterpiece. You've unknowingly helped me through some of the most difficult times in my life and helped me make some of my most important life decisions. I've listened to this work of art for years now after my brother showed it to me. It conjures so many beautiful memories of our childhood, but tinged with an almost heartbreaking level of reminiscence. We're nearing our thirties with kids of our own and it's only now I realise how quickly that time goes by. This song makes me yearn for those carefree days so intensely. This is the soundtrack of shadows playing in my mind that are so real but just out of reach. Thankyou for keeping them alive.

When this was published, my oldest son was just a little boy. Last night I saw him recognized in a stadium in his senior year of marching band. And not just a band, but one of the best in the country. And when I return to this, it brings me back to the sparks that put him on his journey. Whether he can point-out Lydian, or tell you how many cents sharp you are, he feels it all. Pieces and performances like this are why. It’s been a great ride, and there’s so much left to look forward-to.

My Dad came to me about a year after he died. It was the second greatest gift he ever gave me. The first was what the lesson he taught me as I stood weeping over him on his deathbed.

My favorite part is at the end when he literally abandons the guitar and is like "Okay I'm playing pedal now."

I don't know. But I'm about to cry unstoppably. The song feels like letting your guard down and letting all those emotions flow in the emotion river. This is how music should be in my honest opinion

This is literally my style of music, like I play stuff like this all the time in my free time. I love it. Like I literally just play Ambient guitar for like half an hour straight, the flow just keeps flowing and barely ever stops.

Andy, I'm watching this video of yours long after it was uploaded. But this has to be my new favorite piece from you. It's so full of emotion, if you let your mind wander it feels like this song was created to perfectly fit a sorrowful feeling that you may be feeling. At least it feels that way for me right now. I'm not typically one to look up "sad music" when I'm feeling down, but this track feels "right" for my current mood. Thank you.
