Looks like you got the hang of it quickly! I just wanted to mention a few things though. The pro model boards do actually have concave unlike the team models. Also, I wouldn't recommend carpet skating it indoors. It's designed for the cold and that is most likely the reason your grip ripped so quickly. Lastly, have you ever looked into Xtreme Grip? It makes a huge difference and it's definitely a must have if you plan on snowskating a lot this winter! Regardless, sick stuff man! Hyped that you're hyped on the board!

Get the pro model bro they have the concave you need for flip tricks. There possible with the team model you got. But way easier with the new deep concave they have on the pro models.
