:\ Most likely for stand in duty at another station. That station is very quiet as their area of responsibility is small and it's not a particularly dense area for Hong Kong standards lol

Ambulances are free in Hong Kong, people call them for anything and everything, nobody is going to floor it for a call of a sprained ankle lol Probably only about a quarter of the cases are considered life threatening, you can tell by their driving and how the siren volume/ tone, like in the last video; siren on max volume and quick driving.
