As someone who's actually interested in becoming a Paramedic, this is pretty neat. VR support would be incredible but I'm not holding my breath. Will definitely be picking this up in the future!

As a guy who works on a 911 ambulance that's not true. We treat and transport everyone who wants treatment. It's not our jobs to make sure they pay. We're they're to treat. If we did refuse to help someone because they don't have insurance we'll get fired, sued, and get charges.
