There's quite a few of them being made, it's almost like a revival of the genre. I miss the lenses that were used in the old days tho, it had more of a cinematic value but so far, most of them are actually pretty good. One of the things that impressed me right off is that the audio is so professionally done, no fluctuation like in so many other movies where you can hear what they are saying one second and second later you can't understand a word ! This is a modern dark western, but with a silver lining. No doubt a hit in my opinion. Could be a classic in a few decades. Music & songs were quite a surprise. It would have still been better if Donovan got married again & there were children running around in that mansion in the end. Well, just a thought though

Another cheesy, cliched western has hit the small screen. This one though, for a change, was crafted to perfection and is truly entertaining in many ways. The acting is over-the-top but in a good way. I even got a few good laughs out of it in spite of the gruesome storyline.

sydney penny? WoW! it was great seeing her again and it movie! pretty cool cast I should say! nowhere near as good as the 50s and 60s westerns I grew up but I'll tell you what? it was pretty good!!! I'll tell you what else? who ever did the music in this was wow!!!! I was blown away! I could say that's what made me watch the whole movie haha but no it was pretty good Standalone movie for a western made in the 2000s way to go deep c digital I hope you keep some good ones coming our way!!!
