I wish they would give knights in combat better animations. Instead of poking at enemies with unwieldy lances, they should draw a hand weapon during close combat fighting

no archers; no scouts; and no clue, never mind that the sound and probably the smell of the oncoming ambush would have been enough to knock a buzzard off a gut wagon. :/

Yeah, but you can say, the Beastmen used magic to mask their scent. And the imperial general foolishly thought not to use scouts on this "usually safe" road

Karl Franz is first emperor of Men who go to Athel Loren by himself to made alliance with WoodElves to deal with Horde of Beastmen. - Sometime WoodElves help Bretonia and Dwarf from Beastmen or Skaven .Such act could only hasten restoration of the Weave and Strengthen them to the point where it could serve as Athel Loren's shield - WoodElves dislike outsider but they hate Beastmen more than anyone
