0:30 I wish mine got that memo because apparently mine thinks the neighborhood stray cats are humans... Aside from that slightly annoying setback; let me say this, you guys got it right. No silly subscriptions that I'm forced into just to use basic features of my equipment that should be available locally (I'm looking at you, Google, Ring and Arlo!) I do pay for cloud storage at this time because I don't have my home cloud setup yet but this whole experience has been pleasant. . . . . . tl;dr I dare to speak for most Amcrest users with this statement; I understand subscriptions guarantees a steady stream of income for you to continue to R&D. That said, as long as you, Amcrest, stay away from this model, I'd be willing to pay a little more for your product if it means the end-user truly owns it and is not forced into some subscription just to use basic features that should be ready available locally and not locked behind a pay-cloud. I had a Google Hello when I first bought my house. It's night vision is superior to my AD410 and so was its streaming quality, however, I could not record, get the AI features the camera had or even record to a local drive... all because Google locked all that behind a monthly paywall. The camera was already 250usd and being slammed with finding out I had to drop another 6 or 12usd monthly just to use the dang thing for the intention I bought it for was absurd to me. I was informed about Amcrest's doorbell series just as the AD410 was released and I sat on it for a while (doing a LOT of research and asking other users about their experience with it) and while it was cheaper than Google's Hello, the fact I have full control of it was enough to make me look past the inferior streaming and nightvision (really, my only two gripes with it). If I had to plead for 3 majour changes; 1. When the doorbell is pressed, please make that notification ring the phone as a regular phonecall would or at very least make that notification take absolute priority until the button-press duration has ended. (I've had too many times that I missed a doorbell press because my phone lumped it in with all the other notifications (Android)). 2. Perhaps with the next iteration of this doorbell camera, have a Ethernet enabled one for those of us willing or who don't have the wireless infrastructure. And 3. Would it be possible to allow multiple sign-ins with the app? I have a central hub that I'd like to handle doorbell stuff but if I try to sign in with my phone, it kicks the hub off. That's kinda annoying. (unless there's a workaround I haven't learned about yet.)

Hi, I installed the AD410 yesterday but the phone popup for video and intercom stopped working on both my wifes phone and mine at same time.. I think it was after a armcrest update. I reboot & also hard reset but still nothing. Also all notifications are set to be alerted, locked screen as well. Any suggestions on something I may have missed
