No matter what - do not download anything to make your gfx card run better ! Anti lag enabled ONLY if you are gpu bound = your gpu is maxed at 99%. All other scenarios leave it disabled. What it does is to put a brake on your cpu to have it throttle down to match gpu. I agree on the disable ULPS in registry. Either do as he shows or download msi afterburner and have this tool do it. Also remember to make a custom setting in the performance section. Here set the min clock to 200 mhz below the max. Some games fool the driver and you could end with card running as low as 500 mhz vs 2200 mhz (eg). Cpu wise use parkcontroll to have all cores in use and not parked. Again do not download and install stuff you have no clue about - even if they state virus free !

@@doggomode6712 In Adrenalin you can reset everything to factory defaults again. Only stuff you need to do is ULPS disable and raise min clock to few 100 hz below max clock.

I updated my drivers for amd, and it dumped me back to default windows display drivers. After that happened, I reinstalled the new AMD driver package, and it updated and worked properly. Sometimes, it has to uninstall the drivers, go to default windows drivers.. and then you can install the updated drivers. Worked for me anyways.. maybe this is your issue as well. Best wishes!!
