if you are playing in laptop, use laptop cooler and play in the lowest setting which is 720 balanced. and make sure that your storage is a bit free. like 50% of c drive should be empty.

First, go to gameloop set settings to 1080p HD and open game and make hdr 90 fps using glitch which is available on youtube and when 90 fps is done, go to gameloop settings again and make 1080p balanced. it will not change your graphics inside game but make your game more smoother.
